Step 1 - Update your Windows Version

• Install Net Framework 3.5 on your computer if you have not already done so.
  • Click here to consult Microsoft web site about installing .Net Framework 3.5 on your computer,
    
• If your computer runs Windows XP:
  • If you have not already intalled XP, install Windows XP Service Pack 3 on your computer.
  • Click here to start Windows Update and install Service Pack 3 on your computer.
  • Note: If you are running an HP computer with an AMD processor, please call a qualify technician to upgrade to Service Pack 3 because they are known issues that may cause your computer not to reboot.
    
• If your computer runs Windows Vista:
  • If you have not already intalled Vista, install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 on your computer.
  • Click here to start Windows Update and install Service Pack 1 of Vista.

Step 2 - Download and run the main setup

1. Click on "Download the Condo Manager On Line Setup Now"
2. The "File Download" window will pop up. Click on "Save" to continue
3. The "Save As" window prompts you to save the downloaded file somewhere on your computer
4. When the download process is complete, click the "Run" button to start the installation program.
   

Step 3 - Download and run the Condo Manager On Line Utilities setup

1. Click below on the "Download the Condo Manager On Line Utilities" link corresponding to your operating system (32 or 64 bits)
2. The "File Download" window will pop up - click on "Save" to continue
3. The "Save As" window prompts you to save the downloaded file somewhere on your computer
4. When the download process is complete, click the "Run" button to start the installation program.
   

Step 4 - Connect to Condo Manager On Line

1. Find the Condo Manager On Line icon on your desktop and double-click it.
2. A "RemoteApp" window will pop up and ask for your user name and password.
• Your user name and password have been given to you by a Condo Manager representative, but if you didn't receive them, please contact the support team).
• Type in your User Name like this: CMONLINE\MyUserName (where MyUserName is the user name that has been given to you
• Type in your password
• Click the "Ok" button
• A security warning will pop-up. Please click "Ok"
• You should then be connected to Condo Manager On Line.
