- Owners
can now choose to share a part or all their telephone numbers
on the Web site;

These modifications will then be captured back by the system
(after approval of course) and it will modify owners’
file accordingly;
- The Web
site now allows to load the owners’ names and passwords.
After, you can use the integrated word processor to send a
letter advising them of their individual user ID and password.
- Owners
can now see the status of their service requests, work orders,
Architectural Change Requests and CC&R Violations.

of Post-dated Cheques (Canada only) Received From Your Owners

You can now record all your post-dated checks and Condo
Manager will advise you when they will be due and will
propose to collect them and populate the deposit slip
automatically.

- The
software now supports the use of the mouse scrolling wheel
(in large grids).
