Don’t Worry About Closing the Financial Year
  • The closing of the financial year is entirely automated. Launch it and everything will be done automatically. Revenue and Expense accounts will be reduced to zero and the net income will be transferred to the Capital account. Balances will be transferred to the new year, starting and ending date will be changed, all histories will follow, transactions for the new year will be kept in the database and we will create a folder and a new database for the past year, which will stay available as a previous year.
  • Use Condo Manager to prepare the budgets for the next year and to produce a comparative report with the real figures and budgets for the current year and a comparison with the new proposed budgets for the next year.
  • Print the payment coupons to be sent to owners to have these coupons back with their payments.

Define a Prime Rate to Add to the Differential Rate in Each Association

Manage Commercial Units With Condo Manager (optional and sold separately)

Condo Manager can manage taxes (GST/PST) for associations having commercial units as well as residential units. A special report will be available to print information required to fill the Government form out. New!


Commercial Module (optional and sold separately)

This special module is available to allow to process transactions including Federal and Provincial/State taxes. Taxes are calculated automatically and all information required is recorded to be able to produce the tax report at the end of the tax period (which can be monthly or quarterly).

This module does not have integrated income tax tables.
You can process a transaction group for your salaries (as in the normal version) and have your salaries managed by your bank. It is not expensive and you don’t have to worry about the reports and all red tape.

This module has been designed for service enterprise (as for a condominium manager for example) and is not intended to be used for commercial businesses.

« Rental » Module (optional and sold separately) New!

This module allows to manage condominium rentals. It permits to your own employees to consult the availability of any unit and to confirm the reservation. Several fields are automatically added to the database to manage information needed for such rentals, like “smoking or not”, “how many bathrooms”, “price”, etc.
The system will transfer the revenue to the owner and keep the commission gained by your enterprise.
