checks is much faster than choosing the owner who sent
the check among a long listing.
- Avoid
errors.
Once the bank routing number and owner's bank account
will have been recorded, Condo Manager will read the same
information on the check and display automatically the
right owner account. So, you could'nt be wrong when selecting
the owner's account.
Save
time when doing your bank reconciliation

You can also use the check scanner when you do your bank
reconciliation. Just read the check in the scanner and
Condo Manager will mark it as 'cleared' at the bank (useful
if you still receive your checks back from the bank).
Note:
To be able to use this device, your computer must have a
db-9 serial port.
