Once the bank routing number and owner's bank account
has been recorded, Condo Manager will read the same information
on the check and display it automatically to the right
owner account – this ensures that you cannot be
incorrect when selecting the owner's account.
Save
time when doing your bank reconciliation

You can also use the check scanner when doing the bank
reconciliation - Just read the check in the scanner and
Condo Manager will mark it as 'cleared' at the bank, which
is useful if you still receive your checks back from the
bank.
Note:
To be able to use this device, your computer must have a
db-9 serial port.
