You can use Condo Manager on a Microsoft Network (Windows
Server 2000, 2003 or 2008).

would love to import all my current information (owner's
data, chart of accounts, etc) into Condo Manager. Is it
possible to import this information into Condo Manager?
This can be done in most situations. Please ask our sales
and marketing department about our data import service.
Can
I export my data from Condo Manager?
Yes,
you can export all data and even reports and all financial
statements from Condo Manager.
How
quickly could I start using Condo Manager after I purchase
the program?
You could be up and running with Condo Manager within an
hour after purchase. Simply download the demo of Condo Manager
from our web site. Provide our technical staff with your
serial number and we can provide you an unlock code by email
to activate the software.
Do
you offer training and setup after I buy Condo Manager?
We do offer a wide variety of training options. These include
remote training via computer/phone and we do offer on-site
training and support at your location if you prefer. Please

Can
Condo Manager print my checks on blank paper?
Yes. Condo Manager can print all needed information on blank
check stock paper, including the MICR magnetic codes.
Is
it possible to use Condo Manager from different places simultaneously?
Yes. Many of our clients have multiple locations and allow
their staff to access the software remotely. Ask our sales
and marketing staff to review the remote options with you.

Condo
Manager On-Line servers are hosted in certified data center
with redundant UPS and diesel generators, 3 Internet backbone
routes within a bunker-like, biometrically-secured facility.
The
Condo Manager servers themselves have RAID hard disks and
are backuped daily.
