time and effort, and increase work flow and information. We
will provide excellence in service support after the sale
to ensure product satisfaction and a long term relationship

History
Created
in 1990, Consultants Ingenium Inc. staff continues to develop
our custom solutions for Association Management. Our staff
and management are proud of our history as one of the most
innovative and experienced North American software developers
in this field and the only ones producing bilingual software
(English/French).
Our team
We are
not technology people providing HOA software; we are HOA
management professionals providing HOA technology solutions!
Our programmers and staff boast years of experience in association
management. Our staff includes accounting professionals
that help build and support the superior technology we offer
our clients. Our sales and marketing staff (based in the
US) work with customers to ensure that the solutions they
purchase from us will meet their long term needs. We would
